How do I cancel an order?
The paid amount can not be canceled by the system. The entire cancellation is done by the manual team. You are kindly requested to email us your order ID and other required details. We would immediately look into it and cancel it. Maximum 7 Days order can be canceled. Not beyond that. Also, downloadable files are not canceled.
How do I get a refund?
Just email us the reasons for canceling and other required details. If found correct we would refund the amount. To the same banking account, you have used for the purchase.
How do I modify an order?
Orders can be modified easily till the time you have not paid. Once paid order can only be modified manually by our backend team. You have to email us and we do the rest.
How do I track an order?
We keep on updating you through emails about your order. You can also call and email us to track your order.
Why is my order delayed?
Due to Technical Glitch, May be due to bad weather. Shipment delays due to logistic problems. Amount not credited to our account. Bank Related Issues. These are some of the reasons why your order could be delayed. You are requested to email us with Your Order ID and we shall get back to you at the earliest.
